Especially in the times we are in right now, it is extremely important to know who you are hiring to represent your interests. ⁣

Are you looking to sell your home?

There will always be agents that will charge you less commission then a top producing agent. Why? Well, likely because they aren’t investing as much, or anything at all, into your property. This reduces their overhead cost & puts more money in their pocket, which is the wrong way to look out for the client’s best interest.⁣

Just because someone is willing to save you .5 or 1%, 2% or whatever the number is on the sale of your home doesn’t mean you’re getting the best “deal”. Always remember the saying “You get what you pay for.” ⁣

Ask questions, ask questions, ask questions. The more information you know about the agent you’re thinking of hiring, the more informed decision you’ll be able to make.
