Especially in the times we are in right now, it is extremely important to know who you are hiring to represent your interests.
Just because someone is willing to save you .5 or 1%, 2% or whatever the number is on the sale of your home doesn’t mean you’re getting the best “deal”. Always remember the saying “You get what you pay for.”
Ask questions, ask questions, ask questions. The more information you know about the agent you’re thinking of hiring, the more informed decision you’ll be able to make.
